As an emerging strategic service industry with unlimited potential for development,e-commerce plays an important role in economic development.With the gradual maturity of e-commerce industry development,the original industrial support such as policy support can not permanently maintain the growth of the industry.It is necessary to grasp the initiative of industrial development from the perspective of industrial restructuring,institutional mechanisms,management mode and market structure.Rapid growth of e-commerce industry,industry changes,fierce market competition,the future development trend is not clear,etc.,is the national e-commerce industry is facing problems.Zhejiang Province started early in the area of e-commerce and its industrial structure was relatively perfect.Zhejiang Province was chosen as the research object to analyze the internal factors of its industrial growth.The result is highly representative.E-commerce industry is different from the characteristics of the general industry,its research and evaluation should not only follow the general industry evaluation theory and methods,but also consider the unique nature of e-commerce.This article focuses on the internal factors of the development of e-commerce industry focusing on e-commerce market structure.The market structure is based on the market structure under the industrial classification in the general market theory.Due to the close connection between industrial structure and market structure,we can link the industrial structure through the market structure and further to the development of e-commerce industry.Therefore,the core idea of this paper is to analyze the real causes of the e-commerce model,market structure and industrial development in Zhejiang Province;abstract the e-commerce model,e-commerce market structure,e-commerce industry and other related elements to demonstrate their The relationship between the proposed e-commerce industry development proposals.Based on the overview of e-commerce theory,market structure theory and the existing research results of e-commerce development in Zhejiang Province,this dissertation uses deviation-share analysis method and regression analysis method respectively to analyze the e-commerce market Structure,and empirical e-commerce market structure and the relationship between industrial development,the following conclusions.(1)Zhejiang e-commerce B2 B market the largest,but gradually declining competitiveness.B2 C market is competitiveness.(2)The market structure of e-commerce in Zhejiang Province is more reasonable and the B2 C market with great potential for development has been on the rise.(3)Zhejiang e-commerce market structure efficiency mainly comes from the B2 B market;market competition effect from the B2 C market.(4)Reasonable planning of e-commerce market structure,can promote the development of e-commerce industry.The index of market structure effect and the index of industrial contribution to the market structure show a strong positive correlation.The 1% increase of the market structure effect index of Zhejiang e-commerce has contributed nearly 2.8% of the contribution to the growth of output value.
