Environmental Constraints On The Optimization Of Industrial Structure In Zhejiang Province

Industrial structure for the development of a city has an extremely important role in.Different industrial structure will cause different, thus optimizing the industrial structure of the current area development is very important.Economic growth in Zhejiang Province to the environment caused a great impact, making it faces such as environmental capacity constraints and limited resources and the environment more and more. Based on the overall domestic economic development requirements and trends in their respective provinces, combined with the reality of Zhejiang Province, standing on the industrial structure and the relationship between resources and the environment point of view, the study of energy consumption and environmental pollution, hoping to find able to fit so many environmental constraints of the industrial structure, so as to optimize the industrial structure, Zhejiang Province, providing a realistic basis for policy formulation.In this paper, using the data of Zhejiang Province from2000to2009, the gray relational analysis of the contribution of industry to GDP, in addition to analyze the environmental impact of the industry of the data from2003to2009, on the basis of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis methods combined, conclusions as follows:(1)The resources and the environment is closely related to industrial structure Optimizing industrial structure will make the resources and the environment unified and coordinated developt.(2)The stage contribution to the GDP of Zhejiang Province is still the second largest industry. Followed by the tertiary industry, and the most important in second largest contribution is the industrial,(3) Wastewater discharges is the most serious of Zhejiang Province, followed by industrial emissions. Another in-depth analysis of industrial waste emissions of the industry and the correlation, obtained the industry’s major source of pollution.(4) Finally, the optimization of industrial structure in Zhejiang Province made the following recommendations:to strengthen the various sectors within the industry to adjust, on this basis, vigorously develop the tertiary industry, the other in the first industries to enhance agricultural development, science and technology, the establishment of ecological agricultural system.
