A reasonability market structure of foreign trade is the core of stable development of foreign trade and will directly affects the development of foreign trade. With the rapid growth of import-export volume, Zhejiang's market structure of foreign trade has also undergone a major change, which the performance significantly in Zhejiang's exports proportion of Asia and North America has dropped, and Africa, Europe, Latin America and Oceania has increased. In addition, the import proportion of Asia, Europe, North America has reduced and Africa, Latin America, Oceania has rose. From the perspective of the country, the import-export proportion of traditional markets like United States, Hong Kong, Japan, and South Korea has declined; the import-export proportion of new export markets has increased.In this paper we will analyze the problems of whether Zhejiang's current market structure of foreign trade is reasonability and which international markets have more development potential to Zhejiang foreign trade. When solve the first problem we use three different ways. Firstly, use the HHI index to analyze market concentration. Secondly, use market structure match index to analyze whether Zhejiang's change in market structure of foreign trade is towards the direction of supply and demand changes of international market. Thirdly, use structural risk index to analyze the security of Zhejiang's market structure of foreign trade. Then use SSM model to identify the target market of Zhejiang's foreign trade.During analyzing, it is concluded that the concentration of Zhejiang's foreign trade market is still too high, but is constantly in the direction of the more reasonable. The correlation between Zhejiang's exports to the markets and corresponding market's imports is higher than the correlation between Zhejiang's imports to the markets and corresponding market's exports, and the degree of correlation to get along great. There is a huge regional difference between Zhejiang import market share of distribution and distribution of export market share. So there is a big market structure risk. That shows Zhejiang's market structure of foreign trade is reasonable in the whole. By the shift - share analysis identified potential international market that is the same of the trends of major import and export market share. That's to say the market structure of foreign trade in Zhejiang is constantly rationalized. Finally based on existing problems we put forward related suggestions.
