With the implementation of the “the Belt and Road" strategy,the relevant policies of the country have been introduced accordingly,especially the introduction of thesupply-side structure reform,which has made new and higher requirements for the development of the national port.The development of China's port economy is suffering from the slowdown in the shift period of pain,simply rely on the throughput to achieve high-speed development of the times is gone.As China's new port more and more,and most of the traditional port enterprises are implemented a single business strategythat is dependent on the loading and unloading business to achieve the port growth,indicating that the port business homogenization of competition is more and more serious.It can be seen that according to its own characteristics,how to highlight the key projects of loading and unloading business,how to integrate into the supply chain management,how to combine the port industry to achieve diversified development is an important issue in front of our port enterprises.Longwan Port Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to Longwan)is a subsidiary of Wenzhou Port Group.Over the past two years,due to the macroeconomic downturn,port geographical conditions and the loss of large customers,as the mouth of the port of Longwan company throughput decline is serious,profits are also reduced.At the same time,the focus of the development of Wenzhou Port Group from the estuary port to the deepwater port tilt,such as the MTR transport business in the future will be the overall migration to Yueqing Bay deep water terminal.In addition,Longwan's single business strategy of the short board fade.It can be seen,once the loading and unloading business shrinking,Longwan company will face a great business risk in the future.In order to avoid operational risks,Longwan companies to implement diversified business strategy without delay.Longwan operating area is the core port of Longwan company,its turnover accounted for nearly 80% of the company.Therefore,this article will select the Longwan operating area as the research object,starting from the background and significance of the development of the traditional port,the use of literature research,quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis of the combination of comparative research and other methods,combined with port business diversification strategy The logical framework of the Longwan operating area of diversified business strategy to study.On the basis of analyzing the internal and external environment of the operating area,this paper puts forward the strategic choice of diversified operation in the operation area,that is,the Longwan operating area should abandon the container handling business and the dismantling box business,focusing on the development of bulk cargo and Grocery loading and unloading business;timely introduction of sand desalination services and into the screw manufacturing industry;actively planning to become a cruise ship port,the introduction of cruise economy.Finally,this paper will provide an effective strategy for the implementation of the operational zone strategy based on strategic choice.The results of this study have significant guiding significance and application value to the implementation of diversified management strategy in Longwan Company,and also have some reference value for other port enterprises.
