| Port production planning and scheduling is the protection of port production activities.The production plan is the concrete implementation of the production plan,and the job plan is through the implementation of the production process to complete.The production plan is mainly through the development of key indicators such as throughput,loading and unloading,and cost.Scientific and rational development of indicators in order to truly reflect the actual situation of port production and management,contribute to the development of port production.However,in the production process,the actual value of the production index and the planned value will be deviated,how to adjust the process indicators through the line,so that the actual value of production indicators in the planned value range,to achieve the production process of fine and transparent management.In the implementation of the plan,due to the production process of various complex factors in the dynamic and random changes,often can not complete the production plan key indicators of the target value.How to timely adjust the production process in the process of indicators,so as to compensate for the production plan in the key indicators of deviation,to achieve the target value.Firstly,this paper puts forward the scheduling strategy of on-line adjustment of process production index based on feedback compensation,corrects the change of the planned value of the production planning index,and constantly eliminates the deviation.Secondly,the rough set theory is used to reduce the attribute data of the production index data.Finally,the method of data mining is used to obtain the fuzzy feedback compensation rules of how to adjust these process indexes.Simulation results show that the fuzzy rules obtained by the feedback compensation method are effective for the adjustment of the deviation of the production planning index.The on-line adjustment scheduling strategy strengthens the real-time performance of the production plan. |
