The Evaluation And Application Of ERP Implementation Process Based On Rough Sets

In the environment of marketplace globalization today, enterprises are required torespond quickly to the market changes, in order to own the market resources in thecompetitive world. As an information system software, ERP play a core role in reducingproduction costs and inventory, shorten lead times, besides, combining every productionbusiness link to form an organic whole. It’s a efficient way to improve managementefficiency and competitive force by ERP implementation. But while ERP systems canbring great benefits to the enterprise organization, it also brings huge investment,complex project, and great risk.Based on the theory of project management, the paper considers ERPimplementation as an project implement, and decomposes the project in to steps. Then,establish a relevant indicator system and do the correlation analysis of the indicators,delete or combine the indicators have great correlation, besides, using the rough settheory to analyze of redundancy among the indicators in order to simplify the evaluationindex system. Combined the Analytic Hierarchy Process theory and do the objectiveevaluation of the ERP implementation process, the main results obtained are as follows:First, described the way and the principle of ERP implementation, ERPimplementation process and highlight the implementation and evaluation points in theresearch of ERP implementation process. Seize the ERP implementation points, andestablish the evaluation index system of the ERP implementation process on this basis, itcan be to provide protection for the ERP system implementation process evaluation.Second, provide index correlation test methods to simplify the ERP implementationprocess evaluation indicators and use the reduction algorithm based on rough set theoryto simplify the evaluation indicators.Third, the study of ERP implementation evaluation model. On the basis of thevarious types of evaluation methods and model analysis, combined with the characteristics of the ERP implementation process stage, under the premise of theestablishment of a more scientific and concise without losing fair evaluation index system,combined with the analytic hierarchy process, it decomposed the ERP implementationprocess into n sub-processes and establish an effective ERP implementation processevaluation model for enterprise information.Forth, introduce a manufacturing ERP implementation as the example, use theevaluation model guiding ideology in the implementation process, and then according tothe actual situation, apply the model and adjust the corresponding modules of the ERPimplementation, in order to let the ERP implementation and the actual situation betterintegration, and provide methodological guidance for the implementation of ERP.
