The rapid development of economy has led to the accelerated consumption of resources and the increasing problem of environmental pollution.Among the environmental problems, global greenhouse gas emissions have attracted widespread attention.Countries gradually realized that the development of the economy can not be at the expense of the environment, and began to seek a low-carbon economic development path.On December 12,2014,the Climate Change Conference was held in Paris and adopted the Paris Agreement under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, which demonstrates the determination of the world to work together to address climate change. The development of China's export trade has led to an increasing increase in carbon dioxide emissions, especially after China's accession to the World Trade Organization in 2001.Among export trade, since 2008,the proportion of China's equipment manufacturing industry exports continued to remain at 5 percent.By 2015,China's equipment manufacturing industry exports reached 53.97%,and equipment manufacturing industry is high energy consumption, heavy polluting industries,Which produced a lot of carbon dioxide, causing a serious greenhouse effect. Therefore,it is very important to realize the low carbon development of equipment manufacturing industry. It is also an important part of China's transformation of economic development mode and the realization of green production and low carbon development of export trade. In this paper, the input-output method was used to measure the carbon emissions of China's equipment manufacturing industry and its seven sub-sectors in 1996 and 2015.But the number of individual years there has been a decline in the situation. In this paper, the decoupling model is used to decouple the export and carbon emissions of the equipment manufacturing industry to analyze the reasons and to test the actual effect of the emission reduction policy. The results show that most of the export and carbon emissions of China's equipment manufacturing industry in the period from 1996 to 2015 are in a relatively optimistic "weak decoupling" state and unsustainable"dilute negative decoupling" state, and only two stages of sustainable development"strong decoupling "State, indicating that the actual effect of current emission reduction can not meet the requirement of sustainable development. Therefore, this paper analyzed in Chapter fourth through logarithmic index method, which shows that the four factors of export trade volume, energy efficiency, energy consumption structure and carbon intensity have important influence on the carbon emission from China's equipment manufacturing industry.Based on these factors, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the low-carbon development of the export of equipment manufacturing industry,so as to promote the transformation of low-carbon development and development mode of China's export trade, and to achieve a state of sustainable development.
