Evaluation On The Development Potential Of The Marine Silk Road Container Hub Port In Twenty-first Century

Twenty-first Century Maritime Silk Road to the port as a link,connecting the coastal countries and regions,is committed to achieving win-win situation along the country,to achieve common development and common prosperity of the economy.Port is an important node of the maritime Silk Road in twenty-first Century,and the container hub port along the country is the focus of the development and construction of the object.However,there are a lot of container ports along the Silk Road,which is the key problem to be solved,which is the key point of the construction of the container port.Therefore,the container hub port is established,and the evaluation index system of the development potential of the container hub port is constructed as the main research object of this paper.In this paper,firstly,the main container ports along the Silk Road in twenty-first Century are analyzed,and the 11 main container ports are selected by the method of cluster analysis of the system as the container port of the maritime Silk Road in.Then,analysis the status and influencing factors of the container hub port to port development with potential theory,selects 20 Maritime Silk Road hub port development potential evaluation index,and then using the factor analysis method,through statistical analysis of survey data,build the maritime Silk Road hub development potential the evaluation index system,5 level two indexes and 20 level three indexes,and each index weight.In the establishment of evaluation index system,the evaluation of the maritime Silk Road hub port development potential to establish evidence reasoning model,the questionnaire data and combining with the current situation of ports statistics on the basic index data from each container hub port of the 20 indicators,using IDS intelligent decision system software,the maritime silk road container hub port development potential ranking results for Shanghai port development potential of the largest,followed by Singapore port and Shenzhen port.Hope to provide some reference for the construction of the maritime silk road container hub port.
