The realization of interconnection and interpenetration is the foundation and the forerunner field for building the maritime Silk Road in the 21st century.Port network,as an important foundation for interconnection and interoperability, will have a direct impact on the progress of the Maritime Silk Road in the 21 st century and will provide a theoretical basis for the investment and cooperation of the port. Therefore, this article conducts an in-depth research on the construction of the European container port network under the background of the Maritime Silk Road. This paper studies the construction of the European container port network under the background of the Maritime Silk Road.First of all,it expounds the research background and significance, summarizes the relevant research literature, and puts forward the content and framework of this article.Secondly,it summarizes the related concepts and basic theories, which provide the theoretical basis for the following research.Third, from the European maritime container Transport environment, the status quo of suply and demand and the status quo of major container ports in Europe.Fourth, based on the economic, political and industrial factors of ports and their host countries,System, using projection pursuit to evaluate the potential of the container port network hub port and make alternative port selection Finally,a multi-distribution hub-and-spoke network model is constructed and solved by genetic algorithm. The global optimal container Port network. Finally,we get the conclusion of this paper and point out the direction of further research.
