Analysis On In-situ Urbanization And Its Influencing Factors In Jiangsu Province

Urbanization is the process of the population continuing to gather in cities and towns,is the inevitable historical stage in the process of industrialization in the world,the level of urbanization in developed countries generally above 80%.China is the world's largest developing country,the current level of urbanization is only 56%,and 56% of the urbanization rate is mainly achieved through the reform of household registration system,that is simply rural household registration into urban household registration,urban residents should Some of the national education,health care,social security,social assistance and other related benefits are not matched to keep up,so not only failed to fundamentally solve the livelihood problems of rural residents to change the nature of binary urban and rural areas,and even cause farmers to settle down After a loss of the new dilemma.In order to solve the problems in the process of urbanization,and explore the realization of urban and rural integration path,this paper will be in-situ urbanization as a foothold to study the significance and feasibility of in situ urbanization.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and theoretical background of China's in-situ urbanization,and points out that in-situ urbanization plays an important role in realizing urban-rural integration.First,local urbanization can eliminate to a certain extent a large number of rural farmers to enter the big cities of the negative effects;Second,in situ urbanization can alleviate the "three rural" problem urgency;Third,in situ urbanization The relationship between urban and rural areas and the transformation of the social structure of the great tide,can truly realize the identity of farmers to the public.Secondly,on the basis of summing up the experience of urbanization abroad,the paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of in-situ urbanization in Jiangsu Province.Jiangsu Province was selected as the sample to study the in-situ urbanization,because the level of urbanization in Jiangsu Province was in the leading position in the country,the problem of solving the imbalance between urban and rural development,outstanding achievements,and some areas have initially realized the local towns And achieved remarkable results,which for our study provides a wealth of material.Then,the paper analyzes the factors influencing the in-situ urbanization of Jiangsu Province,and uses Binomial Logistic Model to analyze the influencing factors of in-situ urbanization.The results show that the farmers' employment,children's education,social security and foundation Facilities and other factors significantly.Finally,combining with the results of empirical analysis,this paper puts forward the policy suggestions to realize the local urbanization in Jiangsu Province,including the development of modern agriculture and the industrialization of agriculture;speeding up the development of rural non-agricultural industry and increasing the employment opportunities of farmers;strengthening rural education and farmer training;Deepening the reform of social security system;improve infrastructure construction.
