On The Role Of Human Resource Management And Human Resource Managers

We import western's concept of HRM when we import all kinds of western's management concepts. There are great differences between what we import and the traditional concept. So it has great influence on our reform in HRM. But what is the role of HRM? What should the HR managers do? When we have a right position, we will not do what we should not do and became a lamb lost in its way. HRM can realize its function.There are a lot of discussions about the role of HRM in our country and overseas, Such as Dave Ulrich's four roles and HuaXiaJiShi's five roles. These theories often are quoted by some enterprises and scholars. But there is little discussion on how to posit. Some people can't distinguish the difference of HRM and HR manager's role; they think that both of them are same. How can we make conclusion on these positions? What are the factors influenced position? What are the right positions? We can't see the discussion in one dissertation.
