Research On Tire Enterprise Supplier Selection Based On The Extenics Evaluate

In economy,technology innovation and global economic integration today,the increasingly fierce market competition.In order to realize the profit maximization,the enterprise gradually realized that only by going it alone will not work,we must strengthen the connection between the upstream suppliers and downstream customers,thus forming the supply chain management,this will in the fierce competition,in an impregnable position.It can be said that the competition between supply chains has replaced the competition between enterprises.Need good suppliers to form a good supply chain,however,the supplier of choice will directly affect the enterprise production and efficiency.Because in recent years,such as natural rubber tire industry raw material price volatility,rising production costs of tire enterprises,and China's tire industry is still in the stage of development,policies and regulations is not enough mature,so tire market.How to choose a good supplier,become the priority of each tire business.First of all,based on a large number of literature study,on the basis of supplier selection method and the present situation at home and abroad are summarized,and the problems existing in the current method.Secondly,this paper introduces the related concepts of supplier selection and supplier management and general situation of tire industry in our country,and a brief overview of the relevant theoretical knowledge of extenics.Choose C tire enterprises as the research object,this paper discusses the C enterprise supplier selection way of current,and points out the deficiency existing in the current method.Thirdly,choose the C tire enterprise supplier selection as the research background,based on the principle of tire industry supplier selection evaluation index,establishing C supplier evaluation index system,and using the method of extension we evaluate supplier selection evaluation model is established,using matlab mathematical tools to calculate,choose the best suppliers.Finally,this article innovation to put forward the concept of "potential supplier reserve".Through the establishment of the attribute similarity model,choose from several suppliers as similar to C enterprise soft power,the values of the supplier,even though the supplier may not have won the bidding activity,but can enter the C the"potential supplier pool" of the enterprise,thus provide a reference for C enterprise the next round.
