Research On The Profit Model Of Light Assets Under The Maximization Of Enterprise Value

With the gradual development of information technology,the market is becoming more and more competitive.The enterprise profit model has become a factor that cannot be ignored in the operation.Choosing a profit model that are suitable for the enterprise is good for the lasting normal wok of enterprise,and the enterprise has been in a favorable position in the market competition.However,there is no clear understanding of the characteristics and advantages of light asset profit model,so the effect is not as satisfactory as expected.Therefore the analysis of the asset light profit model of the information technology enterprise can help the enterprises to deeply aware of its shortcomings and help enterprises to get better.This paper takes A technology company as a typical case,and takes literature analysis,case study to analysis the effect of light asset profit model on information technology enterprises.This paper first introduces the understanding of light assets and light asset profitability models of the experts and scholars,and then introduces the objective and characteristics of light asset profit model.In the case section,firstly,this paper introduces the basic situation of A technology company、light asset business、SWOT analysis and the four basic elements of profit model.Then analyze the profitability of A technology company from the financial perspective.It is concluded that A technology company implementing the light asset profit model has certain effect,but the existing problems cannot be ignored.Finally,from the aspects of controlling the free cash flow,improve the brand premium,optimize enterprise asset structure and financing way,the measures to improve the light asset profit model of A technology company are put forward.This paper has made a explanation of the problems related to the application of light asset operation model in A technology company,and combined with the theory of asset light model to draw the relevant conclusions.It provides reference for other enterprises when applying light asset profit model in our country.
