As a basic strategic industries,logistics industry is in a critical period of transformation and upgrading of industry.Speed up the development of modern logistics industry,to promote industrial structure adjustment and transformation of the mode of development,improve the economic competitiveness plays an important role.The state shall encourage small and medium-sized logistics enterprises alliance cooperation,the dispersion of integrating logistics resources.Hengnan county is a traditional strong county of logistics,but the development of modern logistics industry makes the mill that exposed the disadvantages of the traditional running mode,the market fell sharply,it is necessity and urgency to Hengnan logistics industry integration.Based on the industrial organization theory,industry cluster theory,industry consolidation pattern scale economic benefit,on the basis of the domestic and international comparison of general characteristics of three kinds of logistics integration mode of advantages and prone to the risk of the building research,through the analysis of successful cases,summed up through the industry consolidation to promote regional economic development experience.Present situation and the development of Hengnan logistics industry,including basic operating enterprise management situation,development faces new problems and the necessity of the integration,etc.Combining the above analysis,this paper puts forward the integration mode of alliance type as priority selection,and based on the basic situation and reality demands of Hengnan logistics industry development,chose a suitable Hengnan logistics alliance type integrated development model in this paper,the research results of Hengnan logistics industry and logistics park planning and construction of integrated logistics alliance has certain reference value and the operational space.
