At present,the Internet is gradually permeate every aspect of people’s life,but also in changing the pattern of the traditional financial sector.With the 2013 Internet financial opening,more and more Internet companies involved in the financial sector.Third-party payment,search engines and social networking,etc.,to a large extent influence the commercial bank of traditional business,profit and service,etc.Face the surging wave of the Internet financial,traditional banking industry must speed up the adjustment strategy,actively make a change,in order to realize the financial development needs of the Internet,comply with the new pattern of the Internet age.Direct bank with active innovation spirit,virtual platform operation,effectively reduce the operation cost and achieve higher revenue and effectively improve the customer experience,make it become one of the important ways to realizing the Internet bank.It can not only realize the new integrated Internet technology and the financial business,more Banks accelerate the financial reform injected new vitality.In this paper,on the basis of inheriting predecessors’ research results,elaborates the related theoretical basis for the direct bank,direct analysis of agricultural bank of China development bank business necessity and significance.On this basis,through a case study of direct selling at home and abroad bank development experience,SWOT analysis and comparison of agricultural bank of strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges,based on this,advances the agricultural bank of strategic measures for the development of direct banking business.This paper mainly consists of the following chapters: the first chapter introduces the research background and significance,and puts forward ideas and methods of research;The second chapter mainly expounds the basic concept of direct selling bank and involves the related theory,and the study of domestic and foreign scholars do a brief comment;The third chapter first analyzes the successful cases of the foreign direct bank,puts forward the key of the success and lessons of experience,and then introduces the domestic start earlier direct bank development;The fourth chapter SWOT analysis to find the advantage factors of the development of direct selling agricultural bank,weaknesses,opportunities and threats;Fifth chapter through the SWOT analysis in the previous chapter on the basis of a strategic choice of development of direct selling agricultural bank business and measures are put forward.Through the analysis and study of this article,reference to domestic and foreign trade direct bank mature experience,direct selling for the agricultural bank of China development bank business to find the specific measures to strategy,to promote agricultural bank operation and management level has a certain practical significance,hope in the context of the Internet age,for the future development of the agricultural bank and provide some idea and method of the formation of new competitive.
