With the increasing of domestic demand for vehicles, the total automotive logistics market is constantly expanding. But as the domestic automotive market matures, automotive market situation has undergone great changes. With the rapid development of e-commerce, many automobile manufacturers began to explore the use of network platform to sell automotive products. Under the market changes, how to optimize itself has become increasingly important to deal with market challenges for the automotive logistics business.After years of rapid expanding, the growth of the domestic automotive market is slowing down and auto industry competition is sharpening. What’s more, the automobile consumption demand structure has changed greatly as well as the consumer demands for automobile marketing service. More and more car manufacturers shift attention from the production to circulation of which distribution logistics is an important part. While using the two types of marketing, the online sales and traditional sales, it is important to reduce the cost of the car sales and improve logistics efficiency for business development.Based on the analysis of the advanced theory and practice of domestic and overseas sales in the field of logistics, and according to the overall environment of the development of domestic auto sales logistics, this paper analyzes the existing problems of domestic sales logistics, and eventually obtain the entire sales logistics system optimization analysis from the perspective of system optimization. We firstly studies the automobile manufacturing enterprises’ distribution logistics planning and decision making, put forward to apply quantitative analysis to optimize enterprises’ logistics decision. We discusses the selection of sales logistics transportation mode through the qualitative analysis method,and then studies the problems of how the manufacturing enterprises selecting logistics service providers and evaluating the performance of them. We focuses on analyzing the automobile manufacturing enterprises’ inventory and ordering strategy optimization, the author believes that upgrading warehouse software and hardware equipment from the start are supposed to solve the inventory problem in automobile sales, and accompanied by implementing of various inventory strategy. For inventory strategy, the article firstly introduces the inventory strategy of the traditional market environment, then analyses the ordering and inventory problems in dual distribution channel market, and at last puts forward to optimize the transport strategy. To verify the implementation of transport strategy, this paper selects the A brand car manufacturers to analyze, the analysis shows that the optimization strategy that is proposed in this paper is in line with the needs of China’s automobile logistics development in a certain market environment, it has important academic value and significance to improve China’s automobile sales logistics theory.
