Study On The Farmers' Participation In The Construction Of The Beautiful Countryside In Changtai County

The construction of beautiful countryside is an important decision made by the party.It is an inevitable way to promote the integration of urban and rural areas.The beautiful countryside not only refers to the construction of ecological environment,but also the harmonious development of rural society,high efficiency of agricultural production,high quality of life of farmers and high levels of happiness.At present,the government and related functional departments have more or less misunderstanding about the beautiful countryside construction.In the process of promotion,farmers' wishes are often ignored,and the main role of farmers is not paid attention to,so that the beautiful countryside construction has not achieved the desired effect.Therefore,to explore the willingness of farmers to participate in the process of promoting the construction of beautiful countryside plays an important role.This study is based on the research of the beautiful countryside in Changtai County,focuses on the farmers represented by eight administrative villages in four towns.Through questionnaire survey,field interviews,to understand the deficiencies of the construction of the beautiful countryside in Changtai County,and stand on farmers,government and society three levels,to analyze farmers' participation in the construction of the beautiful countryside in Changtai County.Analysis results show that:farmers have a higher awareness rate of beautiful countryside construction,they are more willing to participate in it,in particular,some of the farmers who have benefited are more supportive of the beautiful countryside construction.But they are obviously affected by the following factors:Farmers' subjective factors,comprehensive quality,income level,educational level,psychological factors,age factors;government policy support,financial investment,planning and construction,environmental remediation,industrial development,system construction,spiritual civilization;public opinion.Finally,based on the analysis of the survey results,put forward the corresponding policy recommendations,namely:to play the main role of farmers,improve the enthusiasm of farmers to participate in training;improve the service system,improve the comprehensive quality of farners;to build a multi build mode,realize the win-win people;improve the long-term working mechanism,strengthen the level of service for the people;the development of rural industries,improve the income level of farmers;strengthen village planning and construction,to create works with the masses;deepen the construction of spiritual civilization,to guide the renewal idea;excavate the local characteristic culture and take the way of the development of the culture benefiting people.
