Case Study On Beautiful Countryside Construction Of Dawa County

The rural area is the foundation of modernization and urbanization, is the common cultural roots and spiritual home to all humanity. Since the reform and opening policy, China’s economic has rapidly developed, people’s living standard has markedly improved, the urbanization process has extremely accelerated. However, the gap between urban and the rural area is growing bigger, the life of farmer is still poor, and the agricultural is developing slowly, the rural area’s ecological environment destruction issues is becoming increasingly prominent. All these problems which are closely related to the immediate interests of the farmers has not been solved yet. It does not only affect the social stability, but also restrict the realization of our Country’s overall objectives, the "comprehensive well-off society" in China. To this end, we propose a rural area beautify countryside construction in this task.Dawa County explores a new mode of a rural area beautify construction, based on the counties, towns, village affection and the people. This paper systematically reviewed the experiences in Dawa County’s rural area beautify construction, analyzed and summarized the target, the meaning, the theory and the practices of the rural area beautify constructions. Combined with the current status and problems which happened during the practice of the Dawa County’s rural area beautify constructions, put forward some specific suggestions and opinions.This paper is divided into four parts:the first part introduces the background and significance of the rural area beautify construction, and introduces the current research status of domestic and foreign scholars in the literature analysis method, as well as the research method and technical route used in this paper; the second part introduces the basic situation of the Dawa County’s rural area beautify construction; the third part introduces the characteristics and experiences of the Dawa County’s rural area beautify construction, using the method of the questionnaire to summarize some practical problems appeared in the process of the rural area beautify construction; the fourth part puts forward some suggestions for improvement in Dawa County’s rural area beautify construction.In this paper, it’s based on the actual and inherent problems in the process of Dawa County’s rural area beautify construction, using the textual analysis, questionnaire investigation, case study method to do research, using the urbanization in situ as the guiding principle, to discuss the difficulties existing in actual operation level during the practice of Dawa County’s rural area beautify construction, and try to adjust measures to local conditions in the construction, seek method, Sum up experience, absorb lessons, and finally put forward suggestion for improving rural area beautify construction. In the course of the study, construction practice is still accumulating, at the same time, through the systematic summary and analysis, reference, in turn, has the effect to enlighten,promote, facilitate the actual work of the rural area beautify construction. the results of this study can expand the field of vision, give rich experiences, provide the reference and guidance for other region’s work on rural area beautify construction.
