Research On Database Construction And Quality Control Of Rural Land Contract Management

The database of rural land contracting and management is the basic database that supports land resources management and decision-making.The scientific database of rural land contracting and management is an important foundation and condition for national construction and social development.The quality of the decision-has a decisive role.Based on Hunchun rural land contracting management database construction project in 2017,starting from the construction and quality control of Hunchun rural land contracting management right database,in view of the low construction efficiency,incomplete quality check and lack of database quality Evaluation and other issues,conducted the following research:(1)This research designs the Hunchun rural land contracting management database from conceptual design,logical design and physical design.Through the secondary development of ArcObject through C# language,it realizes the Hunchun rural land contracting management right database system.The rapid establishment of the relevant layers and ownership form generation,attribute information bulk input,the operation is more simple and highly automated.(2)According to the quality inspection of rural land contract and management right database in Hunchun,this paper studies from three aspects:spatial location,topological relationship and attribute data.In the space position inspection,the accuracy of the boundary point is obtained by the law of error propagation and the relationship between the area of the block and the site,so as to check the position accuracy of the block.Through the secondary development of the system,the inspection of multi-part,overlapping land plots,long and narrow corners,common points,suspension points and gaps in the topology problems can be realized.In attribute checking,the integrity checking and conception checking of attribute data,The value of the domain consistency check,map belongs to the consistency check;for the time of the potential check,this article uses the data comparison test.Through the application of the above research methods,the paper verifies the technology of rural land contractual management right database in Mijiang Township,Hunchun City.The results show that the above quality control method is effective and provides quality guarantee for the construction of rural land contracting management right.(3)According to the quality evaluation method of rural land contracting andmanagement right database in Hunchun,this study,based on the quality evaluation of the database by using the defect deduction method and the weighted defect deduction method,Introduced the concept of membership degree to evaluate the database.The evaluation results show that the proposed method effectively describes the ambiguity of spatial data,avoids the non-consensual rigid evaluation of defect scoring method,and the evaluation result is reasonable.
