Based On GIS Technology County Farmland Reserve Resource Evaluation

Arable land resources are not only the most important land resources,but also the important bulwark of national food security,which is of national strategic significance.At present,China is in a period of rapid economic and social development.Non-agricultural construction is constantly crowding into agricultural land,and a large quantity of high-quality cultivated land has been diverted to construction land,resulting in reduced arable land area and reduced quality.To this end,the state has proposed to hold the red line of 1.8 billion mu of farmland and began to implement the basic state policy of land balance.Therefore,to meet the needs of economic growth and to complete the task of protecting farmland,it is an urgent problem to be solved.Arable land reserve resource is an important source of farmland.Therefore,the research and evaluation of farmland reserve resources is an important basis for the realization of the balance of cultivated land,which is of practical significance to the sustainable use of cultivated land.After 13 years’ development of land use and improvement,the back-up resources have changed a lot,and it is necessary to make a base and analysis of the current farmland reserve resources.Guangze county within the scope of reserve cultivated land resources,analyzes its spatial distribution as well as the feasibility of development and utilization,and optimize the land use structure of the county,the land reclamation work better.Analysis process based on the theory of sustainable development theory,ecological carrying,person relations theory and other related disciplines theory,obtain information from remote sensing(RS),GPS,data processing based on GIS,using figure cascading addition the evaluation unit,can get the following results:Firstly,the evaluation indexes of the county are determined according to the evaluation area and the limitation of reclamation or reclamation.From ecology,soil(including soil thickness,soil texture,slope and drainage conditions,cultivation,ease of six aspects,using a combination of "limiting factor" method of system analysis on the evaluation index system of building.Secondly,from the analysis of six limiting factors,the results are as follows.The area covered by the exclusion of ecological conditions was 2310.62 ha.The area of land that was excluded due to the failure to meet the drainage conditions was 16.43 ha.The area of land covered by soil thickness and maternal condition was 146.45.The number of surveyed plots excluded from the slope was 2005.05ha.The area of land that was excluded due to non-conforming soil texture conditions was 38.07 ha.The area of land that was excluded due to cultivation convenience was 50.09 ha.Most plots may be subject to multiple evaluation factor limits.Thirdly,there are 505.5467 hectares of cultivated land reserve resources in Guangze county according to the construction evaluation system.The reclaimed land area of the county is 500.8733 hectares,and the land for reclamation is 4.6733 hectares.rable land is mainly for the other grass and inland tidal flats,75.07%of the total arable land and 75.07%respectively,the regional distribution is obvious,and the associated drainage basin and social economy condition,the zonal distribution.The reclaimable mining land is distributed in the township of li fang and the town of the village,mainly used for the abandonedmachine and brick factory,the area is small,the distribution is scattered,the slope is gentle,the transportation is convenient.This data can provide information support for government-related land planning and arableland balance.
