Since the reform and opening-up,economic society has been developing,at the same time,people's life demands present a trend of individuation and healthiness.Therefor,Creative Agriculture appeared and became stronger in our country.Compared with traditional agriculture,creative agriculture is personalizd and delicate.It doesn't obtain profits by large scales.It takes unique agriculture produce as a carrier,getting rid of the limit of traditional agriculture that gain profitsonly by selling farm products,developing new profits platforms such as farm-traveling,deep processing of farm products,repast,what's more,by concept-style pack,Creative Agriculture gains more profits from selling,which forms a developing mode of small-platform andlarge-produce.In a strict sense,creative has not simply belong to the primary industry of agriculture,but into a tertiary factor,forming a new state,to be called 1.3 industry.At home,on the market due to growing demand for ecological and healthy agricultural products,consumer demand for personalized experiences growing,climax of Creative Agriculture has come,and this trend will continue as the economy continues to grow steadily and maintain a fast growth.Because creative agriculture plays an irreplaceable role in developing the rural economy,providing jobs,and maintaining the ecological environment,it has also become an important part of development content in many areas.But Creative Agriculture development was uneven among areas.Because the attention and support of Creative Agriculture varies among ateas,creative agriculture development also varies in different places.How to study creative agriculture deeply to identify representative factors,analysing the strengths and weaknesses of existing,and getting the eference of observations and recommendations becomes a very meaningful topic.This thesis is take Dehua for example,it analyse creative agriculture deeply in a area coverage,to understand the present situation and deficiencies of the development of Creative Agriculture in Dehua,and summarizes several important factors influencing the development of Creative Agriculture in Dehua,including the macro economy,policy guidance,cross-border integration,and means of production.This thesis mainly uses literature method,questionnaire survey and ahp analytic to study.It use ahp analysis method,through the establishment of evaluation index and judgment matrix,finally obtains the weight value,and combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,then make a qualitative and quantitative analysis of Dehua Creative Agriculture development status.Come to the conclusion,the production of creative agriculture in Dehua county is abundant,it has plentiful natural scenery,land resources and rural characteristics to attract a large number of tourists.However,the related infrastructure construction is inadequate and dissatisfy the development needs of the current creative agriculture.Secondly,the economic environment of Dehua has certain advantages to the development of Creative Agriculture.With the development of ceramic industry,the economy of Dehua has steadily increased.However,the financing capacity of Creative Agriculture is weak and the current scale is smaller.Although there is an influx of private capital,it is still difficult to finance the banks;Thirdly,the current policy of Dehua is not well suited to the needs of the development ofcreative agriculture.The government needs to reassess the current situation of Creative Agriculture and formulate reasonable and feasible policies;Finally,the Creative Agriculture in Dehua lacks innovative ideas,and the operators are more conservative,the new features of creativeagriculture cannot be fully explored.The government not only lacks the intellectual support of the project,but also lacks the platform to connect with experts and scholars directly.Through the general situation summary,this thesis puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of creative agriculture in Dehua.It includes strengthening government guidance,formulating policies and coordinating cooperation with other departments;Speeding up cross-border integration of agriculture and a variety of industries;Allocate and schedule the land,technology and personnel resources;Focus on marketing,strengthen media promotion,and cultivate compound talents.In order to provide useful reference for the development of domestic Creative Agriculture.
