Study On The Evolution And Evaluation Of Industrial Layout In Northwest China

Whether or not the industrial layout is reasonable will directly affect the rational allocation of regional production factors,and it will affect the operation of industrial enterprises,the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,the development of regional economy,and even the healthy and sustainable development of the entire national economy.With the development of industrial economy and the adjustment of industrial layout,the study of industrial layout is increasingly important.With the strong support of the national policy and the investment of the state's financial funds,although the industry in the northwest China started late,it occupies a pivotal position in its economic aggregate.At the same time,the phenomenon of unbalanced development of China's industrial space is also increasing,which makes the issue of industrial development in the northwest region more worthy of attention.To optimize the industrial layout of the northwest region,it is necessary to analyze the evolution process of the industrial layout in the northwest region and evaluate the rationality of its layout so as to obtain suggestions for optimizing the industrial layout of the northwest region.This article takes 55 cities and regions in the northwest region as the research object.First of all,we use the evolution of the share of industrial output to study the evolution of regional industries.We find that the industrial layout of the northwest region in 2006-2015 shows the shift of industrial layout center from 2006 to 2011,2011-2015.The agglomeration effect of the industrial layout center has been continuously enhanced in two stages,and the spatial evolution effect brought by it has caused the industrial center in the northwest region to gather in the eastern region.Subsequently,through the exploratory spatial data measurement,there is a significant spatial positive correlation between the industrial layout of the northwest region since2011,and the degree of agglomeration in the northwest region shows a small fluctuation and an overall upward trend.The spatial econometric model is used to form the evolution of industrial spatial layout.Analysis of factors,and obtainingregional market demand,government intervention,the number of regional industrial enterprises,and urbanization have a significant positive impact on the evolution of industrial layout.Finally,using the principal component analysis method to evaluate the rationality of the industrial layout in the northwest region.The results show that most of the areas where the industrial layout is reasonable are those where the industrial,social and economic bases are developed,or where the industrial tax rate is high and the industrial growth is rapid.There are plenty of areas with reasonable and unreasonable industrial layout in the northwest region,and the concentrated trend of industrial layout in the northwest region is gathering toward areas with reasonable industrial layout.Through the above studies,combined with national policy planning,this paper proposes the concept of the future layout of the northwest region,and proposes the establishment of industrial parks to promote industrial concentration,optimize key areas and narrow regional disparities,increase government spending,strengthen macro-control,improve infrastructure,improve the level of urbanization,relying on the advantages of resources,focusing on key industries,five suggestions to enhance the rationality of industrial layout in the northwest.
