With the rapid development of economy,insurance is gradually needed by more and more people.At the same time,competition among insurance companies is becoming more and more fierce.As one of the three insurance giant Chinese Ping An insurance,how in the current insurance fee change,replacing business tax with value-added tax(VAT)and Internet into under the new situation to seize a space for one person,and then reach enterprise strategic planning and goals,is paying more and more attention to problems of company management layer.Before many uncertainties,competition in human resources is particularly important.As the core of human resource planning management,performance management plays an important role in the development of enterprises.Therefore,how to improve the performance management level and perfect the relevant management mechanism of performance appraisal has become the urgent problem for Anhui branch of Ping An insurance company.Based on the theory of performance management,this paper adopts the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview method and comprehensive analysis method.The content of the article can be divided into five parts: introduction,theoretical analysis,current situation description,scheme design and conclusion.The Introduction for the first chapter,introduced the article’s research background,meaning,literature review,ideas and methods.Theoretical research for the second chapter,carried out the performance appraisal of the relevant concepts,assessment methods discussed,and analysis of its theoretical basis.The status quo is described as the third chapter,the status quo of the performance evaluation of Anhui Branch of Ping An Property and Casualty,and found that there are gaps in the performance appraisal,such as the level of assessment,the lack of rationality of assessment indicators,lack of fairness and lack of performance Management safeguards and other issues.According to this problem,the reasons are analyzed systematically,such as the current development model of the company and the existing performance management system out of line,the lack of effective unity,internal communication problems,and superior subjective too strong reasons.The fourth chapter and the fifth chapter are designed for the specific performance appraisal program.According to the questionnaire survey,the result and analysis of theinterview,the relevant performance appraisal and optimization design is carried out according to the principles and objectives of the strategic goal.At the same time,the vehicle insurance department and the claims center for the business sector and technical departments on behalf of a reasonable way to determine the key performance indicators,the specific assessment program design,and with the current assessment program to compare the proposed performance assessment smoothly Measures.Chapter 6 summarizes the results of the full text analysis,and summarizes the problems that the article has not yet been solved.The innovation of this paper is based on the theoretical analysis,combined with the specific situation of Ping’an Property Insurance Anhui Branch,the evaluation of the current assessment system,and the questionnaire for the specific circumstances of the design and investigation,and analyze the problems And the reasons for the specific performance appraisal program design,with practical significance.At the same time,the two departments of the company-vehicle insurance and claims center as the object of study,select the key performance indicators,the program design,with a typical representative.This paper is a more comprehensive and systematic study of the performance management of insurance companies is a kind of attempt and breakthrough,the performance management of other domestic insurance companies have a certain reference.At the same time,Ping An Property Insurance Anhui Branch in the steady development of performance management is also a very important aspect.
