Research On The Competitiveness Of China's Regional Industrial Clusters Based On The Industrialization Process

Industrial clusters have an important impact on the promotion of regional economic development and the promotion of national comprehensive competitiveness.The study of industrial cluster has been a hot issue all over the world.From the 18th century on,lots of enterprises have gathered in a certain space in many countries,and through a certain way affect the development of agglomeration enterprises.A large number of economists have studied the formation and development of industrial clusters according to the formation of different industrial clusters in different regions,and have drawn the corresponding industrial cluster theory.But the formation and development of industrial clusters does indeed play a very important role in the economic development of the region or the country.Industrialization is an important way to promote economic development.As the developing country with the largest population and the largest total economy,Industrialization can promote the rapid transformation of China’s industrial structure.The level of industrialization is often linked with the comprehensive competitiveness of a country,to achieve industrialization is one of China’s strategic objectives.With the continuous economic development and technological innovation,many countries have completed industrialization.but China’s industrialization process is still relatively slow,and there is a big gap between different regions.There is a dynamic correlation between the process of industrial development and the development of industrial clusters,and the two are not developed in isolation.The formation of industrial clusters not only provides the impetus for the development of regional economy,but also plays an important role in forming the competitiveness of China’s cluster.Through the analysis of the industrialization process and the development of industrial clusters in 31 provinces and cities in China,it is concluded that most regions of China are in the late stage of industrialization,with a total of 26 regions.A few areas such as Beijing,Tianjin,Shanghai has been completed industrialization,and some areas of the industrialization process is relatively backward,such as Hainan and Ningxia.We can see the level of industrialization in China is generally more in line with the normal distribution,the overall comparison is uniform.Industrial cluster development level is also ideal,most parts of the LQ value is greater than 1,indicating that the high level of specialization in these areas.There are two special regions in the region with low geographical location,such as Beijing and Shanghai.These two regions have a high level of industrialization process,but the degree of industrial cluster is low,which is related to their function in the whole country.As a political center and economic center of Beijing and Shanghai,they have particularity.Based on the present situation of industrial clusters in China,this paper puts forward the competitiveness analysis model of China’s industrial clusters on the basis of diamond model and GEM model,and constructs the competitiveness evaluation index system.This article selects five level index and 15 secondary index,and use the SPSS20.0 for factor analysis.Through the comparison of the results of quantitative analysis,the paper obtains the status quo of cluster competitiveness in China.The conclusions are as follows:1.In most regions,the competitiveness level of industrial clusters is obviously related to the process of industrialization.In the areas with strong cluster competitiveness,their industrialization process is also higher,and vice versa;2.According to China’s eastern,central and western regions of partition,it can be seen that the cluster competitiveness strong areas are mainly concentrated in the eastern and central regions.In the top 15 areas of competitiveness,there are 8 in the east,5 in the middle and 2 in the west,and the gap between the regions is obvious;3.The two influencing factors extracted by factor analysis have different effects on the comprehensive ranking of cluster competitiveness in different regions:In the eastern region,the scores of core influencing factors are relatively high,while the scores of supporting factors are relatively low;The situation in the central region is opposite to that in the eastern region,and its main realization is that the score of supporting factors is relatively high;In addition to Sichuan and Shaanxi,the western region of the final cluster competitiveness is relatively small,it is due to two factors affecting the competitiveness of the cluster the overall effect is weak.
