Research On The Promotion Of Company's Competition Capacity Through Industrial Cluster

Since the recent decade, industrial cluster has become an important mode in the economy world, in which, more and more economy resources were drawn to the area, and more competitive companies were born.Industrial cluster is a new type of economic organization, which lies between the market system and the hierarchy system Based on the theory and achievement of the industrial cluster and competitiveness, we discuss the character of industrial cluster and it's impact on the company's competitiveness and how it works. Industrial cluster has it's own advantage, one lies in the positive market competitiveness achieved by industrial cluster from the study effect and the ability to employ the regional resources; and on the other hand, industrial cluster has a high economic ability to shelter from the factors unfavorable to the cluster's development.Industry cluster has reached a certain degree in Zhejiang, the south of Jiangsu ,with the gradually increasing of the opening degree in our country. Chinese enterprises will participate in the world economic competition in larger range, wider fields and higher level. Facing fierce competitive environment of globalization market day by day, how to improve company's competitiveness of our country and apply the experience of industry's cluster development of eastern coastal area to the development of other companies. Based on the analysis of the existing theory and achievement on industrial cluster, this paper has carefully made a large amount and further study on the company competitiveness and competition advantage of industrial cluster by using such research approaches as theory analyses , and demonstration analyses,etc. In the first chapter, this paper has summarized and induced the current research situation of the theory industrial cluster in domestic and abroad, Chapter two focuses on competition advantage of industrial cluster, and how it works. Chapter three made a key research on the interaction between cluster and innovation. After analyzing the company's growth in an industrial cluster, put forward the policy recommendations of fostering industrial cluster of our country to enhance the company's competitiveness.
