B Energy Group's Industrial Development Evaluation And Structural Optimization Research

Energy industry is a basic industry in China,and it is the unexhausted driving force and important foundationfor the rapid development of national economy.Along with the development of energy industry,problems about the coal based industrial structure and the low market concentration rate,low profit level,weak technological innovative ability,resourceswasting and seriousenvironmental pollution in coal industry are graduallyexposed.This makes the study on energy industry especially the coal resources industry particularly urgent.As a result,this study takes B Group as the object of research,andbased on the ideologies including industrial organizational theory,effective competition theory and so on,westudy the existing problems and reasons during the development of coal enterprises,and then we conduct a profound analysis on the optimizationand development strategy of coal enterprises,we hope to provide realistic basis and decision reference for the development of coal enterprises and energy industry.Throughout the whole text,there are three major study contents:Firstly,it's the evaluation research on the development status of BEnergy Group.Through constructing evaluation model and gathering data by methods including questionnaire and interview,we compute and analyze the factors which influencing its development,and then we find out the reasons for its influencing factors,to provide a foundation for the subsequentproject designand optimization.In the second part,it's the research on the structure optimization for the development of BEnergy Group.Starting from the exploration for necessity and feasibility of enterprise optimizing and upgrading,and then we propose the principle of optimization design,design the ideas of development,describe the frame and content,and finally establish the general objective and subordinate objectives of the optimization.Thirdly,we study on the countermeasures andsuggestions in the implementation of BEnergy Group's optimization plan.Centering onoptimization plan,and through careful macroscopic and microscopic analysis,we put forward that the strategy transformation and structure optimizationfor state-ownedlarge-scaleenergy enterprises and resource-based enterprises should start from the five developmentideas that including innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing,and then guarantee the landing of the implementation plan.In a word,this study is along the thought of "questionraising-current situation evaluation-structure optimization-plan guarantee-countermeasure and suggestion".Based on the research methods including questionnaire,interview and quantitative analysis,weprofoundlystudy the industrial development issue of B Energy Group,hoping to provide a reference for the development decision of B Energy Group,even for the development of the energy industry in China.
