The Research On Improvement Of Environmental Cost Control Of HC Paper Company From The Perspective Of Value Chain

With the rapid development of economy,people's destruction of natural resources and surroundings are becoming more and more serious,the environmental cost has become more expensive.How to control the environmental costs effectively become an urgent problem to be solved.At present,most domestic companies still use traditional mode of environmental cost control——"End-of-Pipe Control".Because this mode doesn't interfere their daily production and business activities,and the operation is quite simple.However,the traditional mode of "End-of-Pipe Control"can't solve the problem fundamentally.The mode is very difficult to solve problems only with the "End-of-Pipe Control”because of ignore of things in advance,the price to pay for the environmental cost is greater.Therefore,this kind of "Treatment after Pollution" model is not very science.Seeking a comprehensive,systematic and effective environmental cost control has become a meaningful research.The paper finds a match point among value chain theory and environmental cost control from the perspective of the value chain,and proposes the environmental cost control concept based on the Theory of Value Chain.It points out that inner value chain control and outer value chain control are two important aspects of the environment of cost control in the value chain theory.Then,The paper analyzes HongCheng Paper's environmental cost control problems in the implementation process from the perspective of the value chain.Finally,in the solutions,This research will help to impenetrate "green" into different stages,such as research and development,purchase,production,and marketing of the product's internal value.By carefully investigating the increment ability ofeach step in the value chain,we try to find out the advantages of enterprises compared with their rivals,optimize their management of value chain,thus to decrease the environmental cost,help to realize the sustainable development.
