Food companies play a vital role in China’s economic development, it is providing material for human food, while the healthy and stable development of the protection of life of human society. However, due to the wide variety of food products, the production of components of complex and diverse, the production process is long, resource consumption and food resources in the product manufacturing process resulting in a greater waste; And because food companies environmental awareness is weak, there is no environmental considerations into the enterprise cost management and control, the ecological environment causing serious pollution and destruction, and it will form a high environmental cost.In this paper, the food business as an environmental cost control focus of the study. By consulting a large number of documents, found that Chinese scholars to study environmental cost control more and more, there are a large number of documents for a certain type of specific industries, such as coal-fired power industry, coal industry, etc., but for the food industry, the environmental costs Document control study was relatively small.
