With the many-year development of processing industry in China,the China processing and manufacturing industry has become the important part of the global manufacturing industry,in which,mechanical manufacturing industry has occupied a significant position.It guarantees the high-speed development of each industry in our country through providing various of machines and equipment's.In the recent years,the demand of mechanical products is reducing,therefore,the domestic output is excess,the processing and manufacturing industry has entered into a hard time,the competition has become more and more fierce.Mr.Ishikawa Kaoru,the Japanese authority in quality,said "Many industries from Japan can own a very strong competitiveness in the global market,and can have great amount of export to different countries or areas globally,one of the important reason is the quality management has been implemented." The S company is an enterprise focusing on the petrochemical equipment.How to improve the product quality,increase the productivity,strengthen the competitiveness has become a problem that S company needs to resolve urgently.The quality management is the major management method to improve the product quality.However,comparing with the developed companies,there is still a certain gap on the quality of China products.To analyze the root cause,it is mainly resulted from the insufficient quality management.The thesis raises the existing problems on the quality control in the quality management in the S companies in the background of the real example of the S company quality management,combining the learnt related knowledge of the management.Based on the understanding on the process control in the quality management and PDCA cycle theory,the cause of frequent quality problems is found that there are 3 factors which are formalistic process control,non-standardized work,obsolete process management.Aiming at the problems occurred in the process control,the waste of the resources in the process control,the low productivity etc.for the quality management of S company,the improvement plan has been proposed.The thesis is focusing on the aspects below: 1st,the company the control point must be specified in the company's process control,to improve the effective and practicability of the process control.2nd,to establish the standardized work flow based on the lean management to avoid the occurrences of the management failures.3rd,improve the process to increase the process control force and the productivity.My research not only can improve the current quality of the S company,increase the productivity,to facilitate the fast development of the S company,but also to provide a certain theoretical data and practical reference for quality problems occurred to the other SMEs.It is an important means to realize the effective improvement of product quality through the SMEs process control.
