With the rapid development of mobile Internet,mobile communication business has been rapid 3G era into the 4G era.The user's demand and dependence on the mobile terminal is gradually strengthened,and the data traffic income is in a blowout situation.Meanwhile,the traditional voice and SMS services are showing a tendency to decline in revenue.Internet companies use the bandwidth which is provided by telecom operators to gain development of its OTT business.The demand of telecom network bandwidth and capacity keeps increasing,and the value of data flow constantly transfers to OTT service providers,telecom operators "piping" trend is more obvious.Tianjin telecom company should carry out data flow management is to adapt to the inevitable choice of the development of mobile Internet in 4G era.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the current situation of domestic and foreign data flow management.By appplying PEST and Potter five forces model in-depth analysis of Tianjin telecom company's market environment and using SWOT method,analyze the advantages and disadvantages of Tianjin telecom data flow marketing strategy and opportunities and threats of existing environment.Secondly it makes a research on the marketing mix strategy of Tianjin Telecom Company data flow business,respectively summarizes the specific measures taken from product strategy,pricing strategy,channel strategy,promotion strategy.Then analyze existing problems and the causes,and then suggestions are put forward to optimize and adjust the strategy.Finally,Put forward the concept of data flow value marketing,and apply STP market segmentation strategy,combined with big data technology to achieve accurate segmentation of customers with multi dimensions.By establishing intelligent marketing system,achieve high efficiency full channel multi contact.Through the stage evaluation of marketing activities,constantly adjust to explore the operation strategy of Tianjin data flow characteristics of the market and customer preferences,to help the long-term sustainable development of enterprise,to enhance the flow of income,and to enable enterprises to obtain more profits.
