At present,China has grown to be among the world's second economy,with the development of economy,China's financial industry has achieved rapid development,the state-owned banks gradually transformed into joint-stock commercial banks at the same time,the original rural credit cooperatives in the background slowly become a rural commercial bank reform.QN rural commercial banks have also been successful in this era.In recent years,China's banking financial risk events occur frequently,the amount involved is increasing,and the operating risk of banking industry more and more,further explains that the bank in the process of risk prevention,the need to increase efforts to improve their internal management quality,avoid compliance risk.In this paper,the internal management of QN rural commercial bank as the research object,by understanding the structure of organization and management of QN rural commercial bank,combined with the management model of COSO internal control,according to internal control situation of QN rural commercial bank now,found in the internal management problems,and put forward the internal control system of QN rural commercial bank's advice,in order to improve the existing internal control management system.This article mainly from the analysis of QN rural commercial bank Limited by Share Ltd internal control and management of the status quo,based on analyzing the organization structure,the management organization of the bank to the bank's internal control management based on the division of responsibilities,meet to find the existing rural commercial bank's internal control in the management of the weak link and restructuring after the part of system implementation process in the analysis of the internal control system,internal control system is not perfect,there are loopholes in system construction,the staff of internal control risk awareness is not strong enough,the causes of the problem analysis,combined with their own work experience,put forward some suggestions for improvement.
