| Since the economic globalization and the deepening of reform of state-owned enterprises,the mixed ownership has become a hot spot,a new round of reform,in order to coordinate the interests of all parties to resolve different capital in such aspects as management concept,management methods of conflict,the enterprise must to improve the management system,can urge enterprise overall management goal has been achieved.For group companies in mixed ownership reform,the optimization of financial management and control system is the core and key to improve the management system.Only through the good financial management system,to promote the optimal allocation of resources within the group to achieve effective coordination,the conflict of interests between the internal units and different capital subject,so as to achieve the overall strategic goal of the group.This study takes the SF group in the reform of state-owned enterprises as the object,in order to optimize the financial control system of the group for the purpose of literature at home and abroad and the financial control related basic theories,the current situation of SF group financial control and the emergence of a series of problems are analyzed,the problem of finding the root cause.On this basis,the main factors influencing the mining group's financial control,and further to find the deep-seated factors behind the driving factors,to optimize the financial control system of group SF clear direction,and from the overall financial management environment and financial control activities in two aspects,the optimization of the financial control system of research the specific measures proposed SF group financial control system optimization scheme,and put forward several safeguard measures of the scheme.Through the research of this paper,the actual problems in the financial control of SF group and the improvement of the overall management level of the group are also provided for reference for other similar enterprises. |
