Study On The Stability Of The Contract Between The Growers And Buyers Of Daqing City

The history of Chinese coarse grains industry has a long history.With the improvement of people’s quality of life and the level of balanced nutrition,the grain industry has risen in large scale in recent decades and it has begun to flourish with the support of the national government.Heilongjiang Province,as a major province for the production of agricultural products,attaches equal importance to the production of miscellaneous grains.Daqing City is one of the production areas for miscellaneous grains in Heilongjiang Province.Through the study of local conditions,it studies the production of miscellaneous grains in Daqing.The forms of production are mostly order contracts,and the contracts are in breach of contracts.The phenomenon is widespread and the degree of contract stability is low,which seriously affects the stability of the cooperative relationship between the grain growers and purchasers,and it is not conducive to the long-term development of the grain industry.Therefore,this study analyzes the factors affecting the stability of the contract from the point of view of protecting the interests of the crop growers,and then put forward proposals to improve the stability of the contract,and further realize the development of the grain cultivation industry in Daqing City.Because the research on the stability of grain contracts in the industry is relatively rare,this article has collected a large number of relevant literature as a theoretical basis.Through the consolidation and combination of actual conditions in Daqing City,the effect of multivariate regression analysis on the stability of the contract between the grain growers and the purchasers has been investigated.Factors were studied,and on this basis,proposals were made to improve the contractual stability of the crop growers and purchasers.The main content is:First,through field interviews with grain growers in the major grain production areas of Daqing City in the Yuzhou County and Datong Districts,we identified problems in the stability of the contract between the grain growers and the purchasers,and used the previous reference to marketing channels and contractual stability.In the study of sexuality,the choice of the contractual stability of grain growers and grain purchasers,the uncertainty of the grain market,the relationship between grain growers and grain purchasers,the completeness of grain purchase contracts,and the input of proprietary grain planters’ proprietary assets are five variables.Thisstudy studies theoretical conceptual model variables and constructs theoretical conceptual models.Secondly,this chapter firstly draws on previous variable scales that have been used by the predecessors.Through field interviews with grain growers in Daqing,some adjustments have been made to some of these items,and a questionnaire for this research has been designed.Questionnaires were distributed and data were collected.SPSS 21.0 was used to process the data and the data processing results were discussed.Thirdly,in view of the factors that affect the contractual stability of grain growers and purchasers in Daqing City,the proposals for improving the stability of the contract are proposed from the aspects of improving the completeness of contracts,reducing market uncertainties,and increasing the investment of proprietary assets,from strengthening grain growers.In relation to the acquisition of interpersonal relationships,it proposes the use of contractual perfection and market uncertainty to regulate the stability of the contract.
