Under the environment of globalization,enterprises are facing more and more intense pressure of market competition.In order to gain competitive advantage in the market,enterprises must abandon the traditional inventory management model and try all kinds of new management models.The status of inventory management is becoming more and more important in the management of enterprises,and many enterprises have studied it.Compared with other industries,due to the characteristics of its own production,the total amount of consumables and the amount of money consumed by the testing industry are large enough to make the liquidity of the enterprises invested into inventory management.In order to reduce such risks,inspection companies have done a lot of practice in reducing inventory costs,shortening the turnover cycle of inventory and accelerating turnover efficiency,in order to gain advantages in fierce market competition.SGS-CSTC standards technical services Co.,Ltd.(SGS-CSTC)was founded in 20 years,has achieved great development and services in the fields of industry,construction industry,automobile industry,agriculture and other sectors of the supply chain upstream and downstream enterprises,has a very high reputation in the industry,but in the current rapid development is also facing some of the problems.As the main business of the company is material testing,it is very demanding for technology and efficiency.Today,with the rapid development of economy,efficiency is the life of enterprise development.In the face of fierce market competition and diverse needs of customers,the large number of experimental consumables causes the cost burden of companies to increase.Therefore,the company must improve the inventory management mechanism,improve the management efficiency,and thus promote the long-term development of the enterprise.Through the methods of induction,case analysis and quantitative analysis,this paper studies the inventory management of the standard technical service limited company.Firstly,this paper introduces the basic concept of inventory management,analyzes the relationship between inventory management and enterprise management,inventory management is an indispensable link in the management and production of enterprises,enterprises should strengthen the inventory management efforts,management with scientific methods,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing the cost,effective allocation the realization of resources.Then,through the analysis of the inventory management status of standard standard Technology Service Co.,Ltd.,the related problems of inventory size and quantity,ordering plan and organization are summarized.It is concluded that the scale and quantity of inventory are rising rapidly with the expansion of standard technology service company and inventory scale,and the existing management system can no longer meet the needs of enterprises to expand inventories.The enterprise should adopt a scientific management method to reduce the cost of the stock and realize the optimal allocation of the resources.Through the study of the actual development of the inventory management of the standard technical service Co.,Ltd.,it is found that there are some problems in the inventory management model.This paper applies Carla Jack classification model,quantitative and periodic ordering models to classify the consumables inventory management,optimizes the inventory management plan of the company,rebuilds the inventory management process,and establishes the early warning quantity of classified inventory.Finally,from the system,information,organization and other aspects of the company to put forward the security measures of inventory management,so as to promote the optimization of the inventory management system.
