Research On Inventory Optimization Of Y Company Based On ABC Classification

At present,China's economic system reform has entered the deep water area,the competition between enterprises from the traditional regional competition,domestic competition has evolved into global competition,achieve global resources integration and market development is the development of enterprises must consider the problem.Therefore,in order to survive and develop,optimize the inventory management of the enterprise operating costs due to the large amount of capital occupied,has become the key point of reducing the efficiency of enterprises.Inventory,as an essential business material,not only to ensure that business activities smoothly and without reasonable conditions;the backlog of inventory,the company not only occupy storage space,but also a large number of enterprises occupy liquidity,resulting in reduced efficiency.This paper first introduces the basic theory and methods of inventory management,combined with the characteristics of Y,analyzes the existing companies in the raw materials inventory management problems,reveals the causes of these problems;secondly,aiming at the existing problems in the inventory management,using the ABC classification method for classification management of inventory;finally,to optimize the organizational structure and the purchasing process of Y company.This study is based on the optimization of inventory management of Y company,which can find out a feasible scheme for the inventory management of Y company,Y company to help reduce inventory,to achieve the purpose of cost control;at the same time,it can provide reference significance for other industries or enterprises to optimize the inventory management.
