Self-service Banking Location Project Risk Control Research

In recent years,to conform to the financial industry informationization and network development,and to conform to the developing trend of intelligent network and at the same time to effectively solve the developing contradiction between high costs and low efficiency,and to improve the quality and efficiency of service,each commercial bank competitively establishes off-line self-service banking with high speed,intense scale and routine-broken coverage.A great many problems have occurred in the development process due to rapid expansion and following constructions blindly such as unreasonable layout,low efficiency and output,unclear management responsibilities of each part among which unscientific and unreasonable project site selection is especially outstanding.Thus,it is the ultimate goal that intensifying scientific and normalized site selection to achieve the proposed high efficiency.However,selecting self-service banking location is a complex work.Multi-factors influence the decision in the selecting process,for example,alternative address for customer flow,geographical advantage,competitive advantage,maintenance costs,house prices and property right.Moreover,although preliminary market research is emphasized on selection policy,it most relys on qualitative analysis and empirical judgment of the right decision makers,while big data analysis researches stay on the surface and have little depth,which lead to less objective and less scientific policies made by decision makers.In consideration of the mentioned factors above,this paper attempts to apply the project risk management theory to specific location projects involving multiple banking sectors from the perspective of project risk management,introducing scientific standardized operational measures,and proposing management schemes on risk identification,risk assessment,risk control and risk diversification from the aspects of the project site management,decision-making,planning,housing and property prices,and changes in the market,which contributes to minimizing the risk of self-service banks project location.Indeed,it is helpful to solve the risk of self-service banking project location from the source,and to some extent,it proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the project risk management applying to the self-service location selection,which provides a useful reference for the similar project risk management in the future.
