In recent years,China's steel industry is confronted with a serious overcapacity problem,and there are some problems continuing to highlight that are non-benign competition in the industry and the environmental pollution,making China's steel industry significantly tired.Especially the homogenization of products becoming more normal,the steel prices can no longer be in the balance in the yield and Sales.the entire steel industry sales have a huge problem and the traditional steel marketing channels can no longer meet the needs of China's steel development,making the urgent need for new marketing model.Baosteel,as the leader of China's steel industry,is the largest and most modern steel enterprise in China,occupying an important position in the domestic and international steel market.And its annual production capacity is also huge,but in the country to the background of capacity to do a good job in steel marketing work to achieve balance between production and sales,Baosteel is a serious test.In order to promote the internal and the entire steel industry sales level,Baosteel actively changed the traditional steel marketing model and fully integrated the company's existing marketing resources with the Internet data and other technologies.And it ultimately build a new model of network marketing – Ouyeel cloud business,designed to build the most dynamic steel service sharing ecosystem.Therefore,this paper takes the steel network marketing mode of Baosteel as the research object,focusing on the northeastern region of China to study.It is intended to improve the northeast of Baosteel and China's steel industry marketing level.So that China's steel industry gradually get rid of marketing difficulties and achieve healthy development.Based on the field investigation and literature research,this paper puts forward a new model – Ouyeel cloud business of steel network marketing in Baosteel,which combines the marketing status of steel marketing and the operation mode of "My Steel" in northeastern China.And Ouyeel cloud business has been designed on Ouyeel e-commerce,Ouyeel logistics,Ouyeel financial,Ouyeel material,Ouyeel big data.Finally using the system dynamics,this paper established a system simulation model,and through the Vensim PLE Baosteel,evaluated the network marketing new model– Ouyeel cloud business of Baosteel.Through the research of this paper,it is concluded that the new mode – Ouyeel cloud business of network marketing of Baosteel is conducive to the promotion of steel sales and the comprehensive benefit of Baosteel in northeast China.The construction of new mode of network marketing is of some rationality and feasibility,which will further improve the Baosteel's steel sales channels,improve the steel sales of Baosteel and the steel industry.It increased profits and promote the northeast of steel information in a timely manner,sharing and individualization.And it also will further improve the relevant theory of the steel marketing model,which provide an important reference value to China's steel marketing and it has far-reaching significance.Therefore,Baosteel should actively promote the continuous development of the new model of network marketingl– Ouyeel cloud business.
