Research On The Business Model Of Mobile Cloud Computing Alliance

With the integration of mobile Internet and cloud computing industries,innovative business ideas in the cloud gradually influence the field of mobile Internet, mobile cloud computing Union(Mobile Cloud Computing Alliance,MCCA) came into being. It is based on a contractual relationship across organizational boundaries and geographical restrictions, among enterprises rely on virtualization to more resources flow, to achieve on-demand resource sharing among different subjects, thereby increasing the level of mobile value-added services and cloud computing business model innovation new cloud industry alliance. MCCA effectively play the overall advantages of the industrial collaboration, play the overall advantages of the industrial chain to promotes the integration of mobile cloud computing field transformation of economic structure effectively, resource sharing, service innovation and management synergy, and comprehensively promote the mobile cloud computing industry development pattern. It plays an important role in promoting the formation and development of mobile cloud computing business model.This dissertation analyzes the value of network-based mobile cloud computing alliance formation motives, builds alliances value network model,establishes a mobile cloud computing alliance business model containing organizational model, operation model, and profit model. Based on the analysis of the structural complexity and features of the union, to build a coalition mode based on complex networks and organizational structures of all levels are built.The paper constructs a potential profit model, and establishes a fuzzy cooperative game model for mobile cloud computing alliance, which can calculate the allocation values of the union. Finally, based on the empirical research of Guangdong mobile cloud computing industry alliance, the feasibility of this business model can be validated.The dissertation is of significance in the research of mobile cloud computing alliance’s business model, as well as the improvement of the creation in cloud industry alliance.
