Research On Purchasing Management For New Product Development Of JDa Company

In the context of the rapid development of global economic integration,enterprises must constantly innovate to adapt to the ever-changing market en vironment.In the face of fierce market competition,an important factor for e nterprises to excel is to continuously carry out new product development.Ne w product development not only creates a blue sea for enterprises,but also brings higher profits.Therefore,the effective use of procurement resources pl ays an instrumental role in improving the efficiency and quality of new produ ct development.In new product development,using procurement management theory to manage the procurement process enables enterprises to reduce co st,control risks and enhance their competitiveness.Procurement management has become an important part of the stable long-term development of enter prises,and has a very vital strategic position.This paper takes JDa as the research object,and analyzes the status quo of the procurement management of the company's new product developmen t projects.First of all,it puts forward some suggestions to JDa's procuremen t organization structure,new product development and procurement process,a s well as an effective budgeting of new product developments project to cont ain the procurement cost.From the perspective of supply chain management,this paper conducted a qualitative analysis of the design of the e-procuremen t system in the company's new product development projects;and then throu gh the concept of TCO,we studied JDa's supplier selection and evaluation me thods and improved upon the currently naive evaluation process;Finally,this paper ends with the performance evaluation of JDa's new product developme nt procurement management optimization.To sum up,we tried to help JDa i mprove enterprise procurement management for new product development,in the hope that our analyses would help JDa save on project development cos t,shorten new project development cycles,and improve the quality of new products to obtain more market opportunities.
