In the increasingly fierce competition in the insurance market,the insurance company Z as a veter an of state-owned enterprises,the traditional marketing channel advantage gradually weakened,emerging Inte rnet channel construction and slightly slow,lack of innovative m arketing strategies.The m ain reason is that Z insurance company is not flexible enough in the m arket competition,and has not really form ed a unique and strong com petitive advantage in the face of the price war o ffensive by its main competitors.This paper uses the m odern marketing theory,points out the existing problem s in the marketing,the company should use Inte rnet plus thinking,m eet the people' s insurance demand and consumption habits,establish new mode of product development,innovation and development of insurance prod ucts,in the continuous optim ization of electricity providers and m obile Internet platform of new c hannel construction,make full use of big data m arketing theory,the implementation of differentiated m arketing strategy,integration of resources,cost savi ngs,improve efficiency,so as to achieve a new leap in the transformation and upgrading of the company.
