Digital TV is another big step forward in the development of its history. With the development of digital technology, TV direct broadcasting satellites industry has arrived at its golden period. Marketing channel, as one of the main elements in marketing system, its importance and function had drawn much attention from professionals. In this highly competitive market economy world, the TV direct broadcasting satellites receiver produced by Dream-weaver Technological Company faces both opportunities and chandelles. The main point is to devise a new marketing channel, which should be based on the former one. The new mode should bring its merit into full play while at the same time to erase its defect so as to minimize the risks, and the future development of the company is dependent on it. This thesis first expounded its topics from the aims of the satellites receiver research, and its background and meaning, and then it makes a detailed analysis of the company existing marketing channel, which is based on its operation and supported with relevant marketing theory. In order to deepen the research, the text makes a profound analysis of the company marketing channel from a higher level. The text has established a method to evaluate the merit and demerit of the marketing channel, which making use of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Delphi Method to weight its advantages and disadvantages. Finally, the thesis applied the SWOT analytic method to assess the company marketing channel and point out its Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats, the thesis also suggest some contractive measure to improve this channel.
