Along with the network popularization,the Internet enterprises have been developing with a rapid speed,and the products have involved many aspects of people's daily lives,such as online shopping and instant messenger,which have greatly changed people's lifestyle.While there are a lot of crisis events in these Internet enterprises,they not only undermine legitimate rights and interests of consumers,but also restrict the development of Internet enterprises.There are many studies on enterprise crisis management.However,compared with traditional enterprises,the crisis inducements and development processes of Internet enterprises have their own characteristics.Therefore,crisis management of traditional enterprises cannot be direct suitable for Internet enterprises.At the same time,scholars have not systematically studied the crisis management of China Internet enterprises,they have only studied several types of crisis.The purpose of this paper is to comprehensively study the causes,influential factors and final impacts of Chinese internet enterprise crisis,and then to put forward the crisis management strategy for Chinese Internet enterprises.The main methods of this paper are literature research and case study.After thorough literature review,this paper summarizes the research results of scholars on crisis management of Internet enterprises,which set a firm theoretic foundation for this research.In the case study,the grounded theory is mainly used to analyse a large number of reports on the crisis cases of Internet enterprises,exploring the causes,influential factors and final impacts.Based on results of the analysis,this paper puts forward the crisis management strategy from macro and micro aspects,and provides some suggestions.
