The Information Age has originated a new business pattern with the developed science and technology.The Online-Merge-Offline Business Pattern,also known as OMO Business Pattern,is a perfect combination of online and offline business operation.It has gradually turned into a dispensable part of our daily life from a theoretical conception.Under this new pattern,inevitably,every company is in need of a new layout and a set of adjustments,among which the adaptive transformation of marketing strategy is particularly important.This article is based on the research of A diamond ornaments company,a small domestic brand with certain representativeness and research value of the industry.We develop a customer questionnaire as well as an outline of interview survey for it by analyzing the background of times and the current industry trend,depending on some previous research findings in relative fields.Some first-hand material about the current marketing situation of the company is also collected and sorted.For the company's marketing situation of and problems,we determine the internal causes and external environment factors that impact its marketing status,using Case Analysis Method,Investigation Method and Comparative Analysis Approach.Also,under the perspective of OMO Business Pattern,we develop a marketing mix strategy including Internet Marketing strategy,Experience Marketing strategy and Brand Marketing strategy for the company.
