Under the background of innovation driven development strategy and Beijing Tianjin Hebei integration strategy,there are huge differences in science and technology innovation level between Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,and no competitive technological innovation area has been formed.The reason is worth exploring.The space spillover of scientific and technological innovation refers to the externality of scientific and technological innovation,which can be used without compensation so as to achieve the increase of social income.Research at home and abroad has proved that the spillover effect is significant in adjacent areas,which is an effective way to improve the ability of regional scientific and technological innovation.However,there are huge technological and economic differences in the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region,which is closely connected in space,and the spatial spillover effect of scientific and technological innovation is weak.With the background of collaborative development in current Beijing Tianjin Hebei region,it is necessary to clear the science and technology innovation space association,clarify the spillover mechanism and to identify the factors that influent spatial spillover effect,and thus enhance the Beijing Tianjin Hebei regional science and technology innovation ability,so as to realize the coordinated development of the region and equip the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region with international competitiveness and influence.On the basis of literature review and data analysis,this paper has established the mechanism of space spillover in the science and technology innovation of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.It is believed that there are preconditions for the spatial spillover in the region,including the source of innovation(Beijing),the spillover space(Jin Ji),the spatial gradient(the gap of technological innovation potential),and the contact channel(information and knowledge flow channel).In this paper,patent stands for technology innovation.Global and local autocorrelation are tested to analyze spatial autocorrelation and the associated spillover effect in this area.With geographical distance weight the results are negative and with the economic distance,there are spillover effects between the cities.The spatial spillover of technological innovation is an economic geography phenomenon.The empirical results show that the reason for the shortage of geo spatial spillovers in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei lies in the huge economic difference between cities.The spillover of technological innovation as an economic geography phenomenon indicates that compared with the approaching of geographical space,technological innovation communication with similar economic development level is more frequent and spillover effect is stronger.This also indicates that the narrowing of the economic gap between Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is conducive to promoting the exchange of scientific and technological innovation between regions and promoting the level of space spillovers in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.On the premise of considering the influence of space spillover on scientific and technological innovation,this paper uses the spatial econometric model to further study the influence factors of science and technology innovation in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.As the infrastructure of the new economy,the impact of science and technology service industry on the innovation of science and technology can not be ignored.Therefore,this paper will bring it into the influence factors.Then the empirical test is carried out from four aspects:the level of regional economic development,human capital,policy support and the development level of science and technology service industry.Finally,this paper gives some suggestions on the background of Beijing Tianjin Hebei collaborative planning. |
