Research And Application For Small And Medium-sized Manufacturing Enterprise Information Integration System ERP

With the continuous development and progress of science and technology in the new era,the demand for enterprise management efficiency is also getting higher and higher.Manufacturing enterprises have gradually used the information ERP system to manage enterprises in order to transform and upgrade.However,the traditional ERP system has been unable to meet the development of some manufacturing enterprises.As is known to all,many traditional manufacturing enterprises are extensive management,which is characterized by a wide variety of production materials,complex and diverse product structure.When the market and customer demand changes,the enterprise's plan,procurement and production model also need to change constantly,causing more uncontrollable factors.Based on the above background,according to the actual situation of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises,this paper proposes and designs a set of information ERP integration system for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.The system uses B/S architecture,and uses the current popular development tool ASP.NET.Based on the survey of manufacturing enterprises,the requirement analysis,system design and system implementation of ERP system are deeply discussed.At the same time,according to the current most manufacturing enterprises ERP implementation status and its own characteristics,introduced the development process of manufacturing enterprise ERP system,enterprise management idea,characteristics and function of ERP system,and manufacturing enterprise ERP system structure and the realization of.From the three aspects of business requirements,functional requirements and non functional requirements of ERP system,and adding big data technology,the system log data has been analyzed.This paper describes the manufacturing enterprise ERP system from the overall design,system function module design,and then the implementation of each subsystem are described.In addition,the implementation of data analysis and study on ERP system of manufacturing enterprise through big data tools Hadoop,introduces the whole structure of the implementation of large data analysis of the manufacturing enterprise of ERP,the use of big data technology to integrate its internal and external data,solve the problems of information flow in the process of business operations,reduce the information island behavior.Transforming the data generated by the enterprise into valuable information,and making more correct decisions for the enterprise personnel.
