Managers usually pay attention to the management of people,wealth and goods,but ignore the importance of time factors.Temporal leadership combines time perspective and leadership theory and develops recently,and it mainly refers to the time management behavior of leader which takes the individual characteristics and task characteristics to help ensure the task being completed on schedule,and improve employee's happiness related time.With the fierce competition in the market economy environment,more and more time problems,such as near deadlines,dynamic goals,have become an important factor plaguing the development of enterprises.Therefore,researchers of organizational management pay more and more attention to the importance of temporal leadership to improve organizational dilemmas.And to help enterprises gain sustainable advantages,not only should managers have the right leadership,but employees should take the initiative to make organizational citizenship behaviors(OCB)that are beneficial to the enterprise.Study on how to encourage the employee's performance of OCB is very necessary,in order to improve employee's OCB fundamentally,except the organization's internal situation,we should pay more attention to employees'psychology from microcosmic angle to a great extent.As a psychological variable,thriving at work could examine individual perception of learning and vitality while working.From the individual perception and cognitive perspective on employees'health and development,thriving at work has important significance for the promotion of employees' motivation,improving work efficiency and meeting the psychological needs and the development of occupation.The purpose of the study is to explore the mechanism of employee's thriving state in the relationship between temporal leadership and organizational citizenship behavior.The full text is composed of 5 parts.The first chapter is the introduction,the research background,significance,content,framework and innovation are introduced briefly;the second chapter is a literature review,combing the literature fields of temporal leadership,thriving at work and OCB,and based on the review of the three variables,the relationship between these three is analyzed to gain a conclusion to provide the theoretical support to this paper;the third chapter is the research model and research hypothesis combined with literature review,put forward the model of temporal leadership,thriving at work and OCB and makes the corresponding assumptions,then choose mature variable measurement and make a brief description of the release and recovery of questionnaire;the fourth chapter is data analysis and hypothesis testing,in addition to the validity and reliability testing,correlation analysis and regression analysis make the most important part to gain the conclusion of this study;the fifth chapter is the conclusion and management recommendations,mainly about the summary of hypothesis test results,explaining of the research limitations while making relevant revelations,and predicting the future research direction.The innovation of this paper is as follows:firstly,enrich the theory of localization leadership theory.At home and abroad,the research on temporal leadership is still in its infancy,especially in the context of Chinese culture.At present,few scholars have studied the relationship between temporal leadership and OCB from an empirical point of view.Therefore,this article not only extends and improves the temporal leadership theory,but also brings a very meaningful inspiration for enterprise development.Second,temporal leadership could influence OCB is currently founded on the theoretical level,in order to expand the scope of the theory,this paper analyzes from the employee's psychological level,and provides an explanation that temporal leadership is able to promote OCB,and expand the scope of application of the theory to explain the phenomenon of organization management.Third,this paper gets rid of the traditional leadership theory of social exchange theory shackles,with the help of social information processing theory and self-determination theory,temporal leadership,thriving at work and OCB are integrated into a complete theoretical framework model,reveal thriving at work as a partial mediator between temporal leadership and OCB,and explore process mechanism on a deeper level.
