Research On Decision-making Of Panoramic Logistics Management In China Intelligent Shipyard

Ocean engineering is the manufacturing industry that the country vigorously develop.In the "Made in China 2025" 10 years of action program,proposed the development of high-tech ships,,focusing on intelligent shipyard development goals.Intelligent shipyard improves production efficiency and product quality through self perception,self decision-making and self executing.Logistics management is a weak link in the shipyard,it needs systematic changes,in which the panoramic management theory can play an important role.The purpose of this study is to explore the application of panoramic management theory in intelligent shipyard logistics decision-making mechanism,to build a panoramic ship-based management theory based on intelligent shipyard landscape decision-making mechanism,and to develop an effective panoramic logistics decision-making implementation of security measures,to bring a new theoretical perspective and the implementation of the way for the intelligent shipyard logistics decision-making mechanism.The whole study has theoretical and practical significance.The main work and achievements of the study are the following three aspects.First of all,The paper puts forward the panoramic management theory,and builds a panoramic management system and model,and proposes panoramic logistics decisions.Secondly,on the basis of theory,this paper constructs the decision-making mechanism of the intelligent shipyard's panoramic logistics,discusses the intelligent panorama logistics decision-making method from the angle of the process and the operation mechanism,and discusses the process and operation mechanism of the intelligent shipyard's panoramic logistics decision using the panorama management system and model constructed above,and constructs an innovative double-level planning zero-inventory model to optimize the decision-making.The key factors of intelligent shipyard logistics decision-making under the panoramic management mode are obtained,and the effect of panoramic management theory on the decision-making of intelligent shipyard logistics decision is verified.Finally,based on the verification results,the paper puts forward the safeguard measures of the decision-making of the panoramic logistics decision-making,and protects the implementation of the panoramic logistics decision-making from the four aspects of intelligent shipyard infrastructure construction,intelligent shipyard decision-making organization construction,decision-making management elements,factory logistics and zero inventory production;so as to provide a new management method for intelligent shipyard logistics decision-making.This paper aims to open up a new theoretical perspective on the application of panoramic management theory in intelligent shipyard logistics management.It focuses on the decision-making mechanism of intelligent shipyard's panoramic logistics,and brings new decision-making methods and contents to intelligent shipyard's logistics decision-making.And provide some countermeasures and suggestions for the logistics decision of intelligent shipyard.
