Dangerous chemicals refer to goods with special physical, chemical or biological characteristics, which are likely to cause fire, explosive, poisonous accidents and etc. Along with industrialization development, the volume of both production and transportation increases each year while the accidents caused by transportation happened more often. The main reason came from how the logistics side of such dangerous chemicals are managed and operated in a problematic way.As the emergence of the Internet of things and as the continuous development of the technology of RFID and WSN, it is reliable to solve the problems in supervision and operation of the logistics of dangerous chemical by establishing an information system which is able to monitor, manage and warn the logistics of dangerous chemical on the basis of the technology of RFID and WSN. On the basis of the intelligent monitoring and applied research in dangerous chemical by RFID and WSN, the exploration of logistics informationization method and theory of dangerous chemical mainly includes three parts as outlined below. It introduces and builds an intelligent decision module so that the dangerous chemical logistics information system can be established based on sufficient understanding of RFID and WSN. Moreover, it takes advantage of scientific method in order to optimize the logistics process of dangerous chemicals. Thirdly, under the framework, it excavates two core problems in regards to transportation and warehousing of logistics decision-making in dangerous chemical so that a method of decision-making can be rebuilt. Thus, as to the logistics of dangerous chemical, it has significance to carry on intelligent monitoring and applied research based on RFID and WSN in order to establish scientific logistics informationization method and theory of dangerous chemical. Future research in this area is worthwhile.The achievement of the paper is as follows.1. It analyzes the technical characteristics, the application status, and the characteristics of dangerous chemical logistics application of FRID and WSN. It also analyzes the influencing factors of the selection of RFID and WSN. On the basis of the analysis the feature of dangerous chemical, it proposes an intelligent monitoring scheme based on FRID and WSN. Under this scheme, it analyzes the requirements of information management of dangerous chemical intelligent monitoring. According to the classification of dangerous chemical, it clearly identifies the obiect of information management of dangerous chemical intelligent monitoring and then it lists information collection objects of 8 categories of dangerous chemical under different storage methods. The paper analyzes the demand for monitoring system by the means of object-oriented analysis. Specifically, it analyzes the essential use case of the system, the performance requirements of system design and other requirements. It also constructs the functional framework and software module. Moreover, it constructs the logical framework of hardware. It introduces the structure and the internal logic relationship of the system. It introduces a module of intelligent decision-making function. It introduces the overall structure for the purpose of highlighting the key function and composition of the model library and it also analyzes the core problem of dangerous chemical intelligent decision-making.2. It researches and analyzes the current situation of the process of dangerous chemical logistics warehousing and its features. Based on these features, workflow weighting properties of colored Petri net modeling method involving multi-performance evaluation is proposed. The method is used to do formal modeling and analysis of dangerous chemical process. Advice and solution aiming at the current shortcomings can be given under the method to optimize the logistics process.3. The research is based on the warehousing distribution method of dangerous chemical by rolling time-domain optimizing strategy. It considers the uncertainty of distribution process and delivery time, the promotion of storage capacity, the condition of dangerous chemical storage, the storage capacity of target warehouse, the external environment of warehouse, and the warehousing and transportation conditions in order to maximize the utilization efficiency of warehouse, to establish rolling time-domain optimized warehousing distribution method of dangerous chemical, and to solve the problems in choice of target warehouse and the warehouse volume distribution.4. The research about the dangerous chemicals logistics delivery decision-making model considers time window and path set. It aims to minimize the social risk and the transportation expenses, so it takes into account traffic capacity, storage capability of node, transportation route, time window and other restrictions. Based on the feature of the model, it designs an elite strategy Ant Colony Algorithm so as to solve the model. Finally, it would verify the model and the algorithm by examples.However, the issue of dangerous chemical logistics informatization is restricted by the stage of information technology development and the change of the attention to dangerous chemical management system. The choice of information technology, the establishment method of system and the decision-making problems are also changing. Thus, relationship and mechanism between decision making and optimization model of dangerous chemicals storage and transportation and architecture for intelligent monitoring system of dangerous chemicals logistics based on RFID and WSN, extend the function of multi-dimensional performance analysis of workflow weighting properties of colored Petri net modeling method, perfecting the generality of its modeling and analysis, intelligent operation of dangerous chemical logistics and its emergency security decisions, the decision in supplier selections, and corporate strategy and operational decisions, etc...is also need to be further study.
