Energy center system is widely used in industrial production.The choice of controller and the improvement of the whole strategy are closely related to the quality of the product.The question whether the energy center function is perfect,that directly influences the stable and reliable of the whole production chain and the user.For the reasonable configuration problem of the energy in the front-end load about the energy center water treatment system,the scheme of the computer control system is designed,by the analyzing to the impacts of the front-end load and environmental changes,and the failure of non-human factor in the system.The whole structure and function of the system are built by using B&R PLC,the function block with each type of device group matching are established,and the control function with the typical control strategy are realized.The specific research and development work includes.(1)The load classification of object oriented and the load demand of the energy center are discussed.The all devices in the whole energy center and the reasonable configuration methods of the front-end load distribution are analyzed.The framework of energy center are designed and constructed base on the basic principles of water treatment,the demand of the reasonable configuration for the front-end load are(2)According to the overall structure of the water treatment control system in the energy center,for stable operation of the refrigeration unit,water cooling tower,ethylene glycol cooling tower,hot plate and so on equipment in the water treatment system,the B&R PLC module,the POWERLINK communication protocols and module is used in the real-time communication between stations;the MODBUS communication protocol is used in the data communication between device layers;and the optical fiber is used in the data exchange between dual CPU module.(3)The function block in PLC system software are designed.For the influence by the front-end load running state,based the automatic control basic strategy,the B&R programming tools is used.The s design scheme of PID control,cascade control,split range control is realized,and the impacts of the front-end load and environmental changes are solved.(4)For the failure of non-human factor in the system,and the problem of the front-end load cannot operate normally,the methods and theories of redundancy are used.The redundancy hot standby of the system are designed and realized.The requirement that the standby controller immediate start and the data real-time transmission are realized,when a fault occurs in the energy center system.(5)The water treatment control system of the energy center,through debugging,the data acquisition and recording for the process parameters of each equipment in water treatment system,and online monitoring of the running state are realized.The smooth operation of the energy center are achieved,the requirement of providing reliable energy for front-end load to safe are realized.
