With the rapid development of economy,if the enterprises succeed to seek more profit in the fierce market competition,it is indispensable to reduce the cost.As the basement of the production and operation of enterprises,the cost of procurement logistics system can be reduced if the enterprise can manage the procurement logistics system effectively.Yangyuan company,as the leading dairy producer in Hebei province,it is necessary to form a comprehensive logistics system as a guarantee.The author uses the survey research method to visit more than 10 people including the purchasing manager,the supplier of Hengshui and so on,to collect enterprise procurement logistics management information and data,finds the current problems in the procurement logistics,such as unreasonable enterprise logistics organization structure;uncoordinated procurement logistics process;limited supplier recourse;unscientific procurement transport routes;lack of logistics cost accounting system;incomplete inventory management;non-developed network information and so on.Through the analysis of the current problems of the corporate procurement logistics,by using literature research and quantitative analysis method to improve enterprise procurement logistics system,the author puts forward the following optimized measures,such as: to set up a separate logistics center;to effect manager responsibility system;to increase demanding forecasting,supervising management and bidding module;to improve the procurement logistics process;to develop supplier selection criteria and scientifically plan transportation routes;to establish a separate logistics cost accounting system;to improve the inventory management mode;to establish a complete information platform.By optimizing the procurement logistics system of the company,it can save the cost and increase the profit.Through analysis and research,it provides a useful reference for scientific design of other enterprises procurement logistics system. |
